The following letter was organized by a group of our friends and created by our neighbor/graphic designer Beth Rowen, to be circulated around our neighbothood this weekend... Thank you to all involved. Your efforts are very much appreciated.

Dear Friends and Neighbors,
Our neighbors, the Klingenberg family (Holly, Juergen,
Tyler: 8, Tanner: 6 and Teagan) live at 645 Stark Terrace,
and they have been given some very difficult news. Their
beautiful 20-month old daughter Teagan has recently been
diagnosed with Leukemia (AML).
In the weeks and months ahead, Holly and Juergen will be
making multiple trips to Albany Medical Center for Teagan’s
continuing treatments, chemotherapy and surgeries.
We are collecting donations for the Klingenbergs, to help them
while they focus on their daughter’s health, and at the same
time keep Tyler and Tanner’s lives as normal as possible.
