Team Teagan Update | 5-8
Hello Team Teagan,

“Halfway”. Today I drove Holly and Teagan back to “Club Albany Med” for her 3rd round of chemotherapy, which at it’s conclusion will be the halfway point if all goes well.

She came into the children’s ward at CAM (Club Albany Med), like a superstar. The nurses were happy to see her and it seemed as they had been busy planning her arrival by playing rock, paper, scissors all night to see who would get her as their patient… obviously the word is out… she’s awesome!

She’s being such a trooper, and taking all prodding, and poking with just a “teeny” bit of attitude… Especially, when they come to do the dreaded EKG as they did tonight at 11:00pm. So, if this is a preview of what’s to come, Holly and should just start planning our electro-shock treatments now. She does not care for those EKG techs and Holly is certain to have her hands full this week… I wish there was an easier way…

I’m sure Holly and the staff at CAM will come up with some extraordinary way to get this important test done each day, as it is required during this particular treatment because of her history of going into heart-block the last time she had this. And good knows, we’d like to stay out of the PICU at all costs…

Feel free to visit (Room D728) or call (262-0320), as I’m sure Holly and Teagan would love the visitors, and Teagans blood counts are still well within the normal range this week, but unfortunately will surely drop early next week.

Keep the prayers coming, as they seem to be doing their job and keeping Holly and Teagans spirits up, as they should.

Be well, and thank you.

Juergen, Holly and Kids
